Our Mission:
The mission of our religious education program is to provide an environment where, in partnership with the parents, we can foster the growth of knowledge about our faith in our children and aid them in developing personal relationships with God through a strong commitment to the Catholic church.

What We Do:

Our religious education program is in session from September through May.

We offer classes beginning with kindergarten through adulthood. Classes are held in the school on Sundays (Sunday Family Program),  and on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our catechists and aides are parents and other parishioners who have the desire to teach our children about the Catholic religion, and instill in them the fundamentals of their faith. All volunteers have appropriate diocesan and Pennsylvania state-mandated clearances to protect our children.
Sacramental preparation is included in the program. Second graders are prepared for receiving the sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Eucharist; Eighth graders are prepared for receiving the sacrament of Confirmation.
Our Faith Formation program also includes the teachings of the Catholic Vision of Love (the Diocesan chastity program) for grades five through eight.
Homeschooling is another option. Contact the Faith Formation office for full details if you are interested in homeschooling.
